Demo Promotion Terms and Conditions

Effective as of September 2026

By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

Prasso, Inc. (“Macroscope,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may, in its sole discretion, offer eligible participants an incentive (subject to the options in Section 4) for completing a qualified product demonstration of Macroscope’s platform.


2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  1. a. Hold a Vice President-level position (or position of similar authority) or above at your company;
  2. b. Be evaluating Macroscope for legitimate business purposes on behalf of your company;
  3. c. Be located in a jurisdiction not subject to U.S. trade sanctions;
  4. d. Not appear on any U.S. government restricted party lists; and
  5. e. Complete a qualified product demonstration as determined by Macroscope in its sole discretion.

3. Program Limitations

Limits of the program include:

  1. a. One Per Company: Only one person per company may receive an incentive under this program.
  2. b. New Prospects Only: Current Macroscope customers and their employees are not eligible.
  3. c. Qualification Required: Macroscope reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a demonstration qualifies for the incentive.

4. Incentive Options

Upon completing a qualified demonstration, you may choose one of the following:

  • A $100 gift card to a retailer selected by Macroscope;
  • A $100 donation to a qualifying charitable organization.

Charitable Organizations must be U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing with the IRS, not primarily engaged in political activities, and approved by Macroscope in its reasonable discretion.


5. Incentive Delivery

Approved incentives will be delivered within thirty (30) days of demonstration completion. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of the incentive. Please consult your own tax counsel as needed.


6. Representations and Warranties

By participating, you represent and warrant that:

  1. a. You have authority to bind your company to evaluate Macroscope’s services;
  2. b. You are not subject to U.S. export restrictions;
  3. c. You may lawfully receive the incentive under all applicable laws; and
  4. d. All information provided is accurate and complete.

7. Program Modifications

Macroscope reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.


8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MACROSCOPE’S LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.


10. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding this program. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. Macroscope’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to do so later.
